RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you will keep and enjoy your Vuscichè piece for a long time.

If you wish to return an eligible online purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date on which you, or a person designated by you, receives the order.

You do not need to provide a reason for your decision.

REQUESTING A RETURN

To request a return, please contact Vuscichè within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• your name
• order number
• the item you wish to return

Once your request has been received, we will provide the information necessary to return the item.

The item must then be sent back without undue delay and within the applicable legal return period.

Please do not send a return without first contacting us.

TRYING ON GARMENTS & RETURN SECURITY BAND

Garments may be tried on indoors only for the purpose of assessing fit, size and characteristics, in the same manner as they would be tried on in a physical store.

Items must not be worn for personal use before being returned.

Selected Vuscichè pieces are shipped with a Vuscichè Return Security Band attached.

The band is positioned so that the garment can be carefully tried on for fit while remaining clearly unsuitable for normal wear.

Please do not remove or cut the Return Security Band until you have decided to keep the garment.

Where a Return Security Band is supplied, returned garments should be sent back with the original band intact and attached.

Removal, cutting or tampering with the security band may be taken into account, together with the condition of the garment, when assessing whether the item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.

Please take particular care when trying on garments and avoid contact with:

• make-up
• perfume
• deodorant
• body creams or oils
• smoke
• food or liquids
• substances that may mark, scent or alter the textile

Original product labels should remain attached while the garment is being tried on.

RETURN CONDITIONS & INSPECTION

Every returned piece is individually inspected upon arrival.

We may check:

• the condition of the garment
• signs of wear or prolonged use
• stains, marks or odours
• alteration, washing or cleaning
• the original labels
• the condition and integrity of the Vuscichè Return Security Band, where supplied

Where a garment shows evidence of handling or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and fit, the customer may be responsible for the resulting diminished value, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the direct cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service appropriate to the value of the piece.

REFUNDS

Once the return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the original standard delivery cost will also be reimbursed.

Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or express delivery service is not required to be refunded beyond the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered.

We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

PERSONALISED & MADE-TO-SPECIFICATION PIECES

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made specifically to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

This may include pieces individually altered, customised or produced according to specifications expressly requested by the customer.

Where this exception applies, it will be made clear before purchase.

This does not affect statutory rights where an item is faulty or does not conform to the order.

ARCHIVE & ANTIQUE TEXTILES

Vuscichè Archive pieces may be made from antique, recovered or previously used textiles.

Irregular weave, fading, historical marks, repairs, variations in colour, small imperfections and traces of previous use may form an intentional and documented part of the material.

These characteristics are part of the identity and history of the piece and should not automatically be considered manufacturing defects.

The individual product description and photographs should be reviewed carefully before purchase.

This does not limit any statutory consumer rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, faulty or different from the item ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and photographs where appropriate.

Where required by applicable consumer law, Vuscichè will arrange an appropriate remedy without charging the customer the return costs associated with a defective or incorrectly supplied item.

PRODUCTS

Vuscichè creates clothing, objects and limited pieces using new, regenerated, recovered and antique materials.

Many pieces are produced in small quantities or as unique pieces.

Archive and regenerated garments may contain historical marks, irregularities, repairs, fading, variations in weave, colour or surface and other traces connected to the previous life of the textile.

Where relevant, these characteristics form part of the identity of the product and are described and photographed as accurately as reasonably possible.

Due to differences between screens and the particular nature of handmade, dyed, pigmented, antique or regenerated materials, colours and surface characteristics may vary slightly from their digital representation.

AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

Some Vuscichè pieces are unique and cannot be replaced once sold.

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it.

In the exceptional event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable item.

PRICES

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.

Applicable taxes will be handled according to the destination and rules applicable to the transaction.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and local charges may apply and, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, are the responsibility of the recipient.

ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products contained in that order.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during checkout, including your delivery address and contact details, is accurate and complete.

After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation.

Certain products may be made according to individual customer specifications or clearly personalised.

Where permitted by applicable law, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to such products.

This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Vuscichè name, identity, original texts, photographs, graphics, designs, garment designs and other original content appearing on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
