These Terms of Service govern the use of the Vuscichè online store and the purchase of products offered through this website.

Throughout these Terms, “Vuscichè”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Vuscichè online store.
By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping, Returns & Refunds and Privacy policies. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
PRODUCTS
Vuscichè creates clothing, objects and limited pieces using new, regenerated, recovered and antique materials. Many pieces are produced in small quantities or as unique pieces.
Archive and regenerated pieces may contain historical marks, irregularities, repairs, fading and variations in weave, colour or surface connected to the previous life of the textile. Where relevant, these characteristics form part of the identity of the product and are described and photographed as accurately as reasonably possible.
Colours and surface characteristics may vary slightly from their digital representation, particularly in handmade, hand-dyed, pigmented, antique or regenerated materials.
AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. Some Vuscichè pieces are unique and cannot be replaced once sold.
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable item.
PRICES & TAXES
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown or calculated during checkout where required.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
ORDERS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing, contact and delivery information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, evident pricing or technical errors, suspected fraudulent activity, inability to process payment or delivery restrictions.
If we cancel an order that has already been paid, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
PAYMENT
Payments are processed through the payment methods available in the Shopify checkout and the relevant payment service providers.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, carriers, local holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Where applicable, consumers purchasing online may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full conditions and instructions.
Selected garments may be supplied with a Vuscichè Return Security Band, allowing the garment to be carefully tried on while helping us assess its condition if returned.
The presence of a security band does not limit mandatory statutory consumer rights.
PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made specifically to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, where permitted by applicable law.
Where applicable, this will be communicated before purchase.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Vuscichè name, identity, photographs, texts, graphics, designs, garment designs and other original content appearing on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
They may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without prior authorisation, except where permitted by law.
LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, Vuscichè is not responsible for delays or failures resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
PRIVACY
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to our services, business operations or applicable legal requirements.
The version applicable to an order is the version available at the time the order is placed.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable under the law of the consumer's country of residence.
Mandatory rules concerning consumer jurisdiction and dispute resolution remain unaffected.
