SHIPPING

Vuscichè ships from Italy to selected destinations worldwide.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders for pieces currently in stock are generally prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.

Some Vuscichè pieces require additional preparation, finishing or final quality control before leaving our studio. If an item requires a longer preparation time, this will be indicated on the product page or communicated to you after your order.

Made-to-order, customised or specially prepared pieces may have different production and shipping times.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Italy: 1–3 business days

European Union: 2–5 business days

United Kingdom & Switzerland: 3–7 business days

United States & Canada: 4–8 business days

Rest of the world: approximately 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, customs procedures, local holidays or circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to destination, parcel size and available shipping service.

Any applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

TRACKING

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Orders shipped within the European Union are not normally subject to import customs duties.

For destinations outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Vuscichè cannot control or predict charges imposed by local customs authorities.

UNIQUE & ARCHIVE PIECES

Many pieces in the Vuscichè Archive are unique, made from antique or recovered textiles and cannot be replaced with an identical item.

Each order is carefully inspected and packed before shipment.

Natural irregularities, traces of age, variations in colour, repairs, fading and signs of previous use in antique or regenerated textiles are part of the character and history of the material and are not considered defects when accurately represented and described as part of the piece.

DELIVERY

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are correct when placing your order.

Vuscichè cannot be responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout.

If a parcel appears damaged on arrival, please document the condition of the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.
